Toolroom Non-Reinforced Cut-off Wheels (6" – 12") are used on “fixed
base” types of machines where the work is securely clamped, guarded, and
where the wheel operates on a controlled cutting plane. Available in
various bond specifications.
Norton 32A Cylindrical Wheels feature versatile aluminum
oxide grain, making them ideal for medium to heavy stock removal on a
wide range of applications and materials. Sharp monocrystalline aluminum
oxide grain is the industry’s most versatile abrasive.
Norton 86A Cylindrical Wheels have a premium abrasive and superior bond
system for 50% to 80% longer wheel life than standard aluminum oxide
cylindrical grinding wheels. It also means a decrease in dress frequency
and/or dress compensation, and less wheel dressing means lower abrasive
costs.
Norton 64A Cylindrical Wheels are engineered to grind a variety of
materials, providing versatile performance at an economical price. The
specially blended aluminum oxide abrasive coupled with a superior bond
system means these wheels will maintain high grinding rates without
wheel breakdown.
